The third Monday in February, this year landing on the 15th, has been designated by the provincial government as Family Day, a stat holiday. Family Day is recognized in all Local 258 collective agreements as a paid holiday, and if you have to work on this day, premium rates apply.

BC Family Day gives families the opportunity to spend time with their loved ones.

In recognition of the holiday, the Local 258 IBEW Union Hall will be closed on Monday, February 15, and will reopen on Tuesday, February 16 @ 9:00 am (Dispatch opens at 7:00 am).
