International Women's Day Virtual Event

The Vancouver and District Labour Council Women's Committee invites you to their annual International Women's Day virtual event on Tuesday March 8th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This year's virtual event is free to attend and the topic is "Truth and Reconciliation: Paddles Up - Getting Ready". Please follow this link www.vdlc.ca/iwd2022 to register for the event and the zoom link will be forwarded to the email address you registered with.

Federal NDP Leader, Jagmeet Singh, reached out to the committee and asked to give remarks at this IWD event! Jagmeet will kick-off the IWD event at 6:00 pm.

This event will include music, MMIWG2S poetry, and canoe teachings-paddling forward with active allyship from presenters Delhia Nahanee and Shelley Saje Ricci.
