Langley, February 19, 2025 – Local 258 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers is pleased to announce that the Graham Power Services and 42 West Constructors acquisition of Rokstad Power (2018) Ltd. has been completed.

On January 27^th, 2025, Graham Power Services announced that it would complete the acquisition of Rokstad Power and its affiliates from FTI Consulting Canada Inc, the court-appointed receiver of Rokstad.

As part of the arrangement, Graham plans to maintain all existing agreements and relationships with various First Nations to perform work designated with BC Hydro, while 42 West Constructors Ltd. intends to maintain the collective bargaining agreement (Master Line Agreement) with Local 258 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

We are excited for the future of the company and the opportunities that partnering with Graham may provide. The Union is committed to ensuring stability for all our members as the transition takes place. We remain committed to maintaining the positive working relationship we had with Rokstad Power with both Graham and 42 West.
