December 22, 2020 - Our Local 258 Women’s Committee thanks everyone for their support, including the Local 258 IBEW Executive Board and Power Earth Management, for the donation of much needed items for women and children in need that was recently collected and delivered to the Atira Women’s Resource Society in early December.

Based in downtown Vancouver, Atira Women’s Resource Society is a not-for-profit organization committed to the work of ending violence against women and dedicated to supporting women and children affected by violence by offering safe and supportive housing at various locations in the lower mainland and Fraser Valley. 

The donation included pads, tampons, toothbrushes, toys and a box of individual shampoos, lotions and soaps and a cheque for $500.
