Through various partnerships, Local 258 IBEW has amassed a collection of training courses and programs that are completely free to all members to take as they please.

Vubiz

Provided by IBEW Canada, Vubiz offers hundreds of online training courses covering subjects such as health and safety, communication, finance/business, personal development, and more. There are also many courses geared towards children, covering topics like pet care, money management, geography, online safety, and many more.

The courses are open all day, every day, and are self-paced so you can learn when it is convenient for you. Many courses are also offered in French.

All members are welcome to take advantage of as many courses as they wish. You do not need to stick to your field of work; you are more than welcome to take courses simply because they interest you, or because you feel a skill might benefit another area of your life.
