UPDATED MAY 2, 2022 - THE 2022 APPLICATION WINDOW IS NOW CLOSED.

The Local 258 IBEW Executive Board recently modified the Tom Forkin Memorial Scholarship that has been awarded since 1991 and named in memory of our first Local Union President. The Tom Forkin Bursary is now open to members, or relatives of current or retired members, of Local 258 IBEW. Six (6) applications will be chosen by random draw and each winner will be awarded $500 upon proof of their enrollment in a provincially recognized post-secondary institution.

Send or email THE COMPLETED APPLICATION to the Union Hall by no later than 4:00 pm on April 29, 2022. The random draw will take place on May 3, 2022 with winners being notified by phone.
